enchantment
this is still my favorite yarn that I've ever spun...I don't think I've posted it here before. From May...
One ply is a "crazy batt" that I got from an ebay vendor. Lots of angelina, sparkle, iridescence. Wool too, but lots and lots of shiny sparkly with it and a lot of flashy color. I spun it into a single then thought about it.
I had some deep red and some royal blue superwash wool that weren't doing anything at the moment. I held the single up to both of them and liked each, but wasn't completely satisfied with it.
Then I thought, why not both colors? So I spun alternating red and royal blue into a single, then plied it with the sparkle, and the result was, well, enchanting.
I still don't know what I'm going to do with it, but I have to say, it's my favorite yarn that I've ever spun.
