Second subject for the 24th "Celebration"

I was camping. doing one of my historical demo thingies. We had a leaky candle lantern over my spinning wheel that night.

One could consider this a celebration of sorts.... All i know is my bobbin was obviously happy to see me.

My initial reaction was AAAAHHH her yarn is ruined and then I was like 'YES! PENIS!

OH it was beautiful very fine even soft virgin merino.

I had gone to breafast had not even viewed the crime.. Hubby saw it and came to breafast and said "honey, your going to be upset.... it's your wheel" *gasp choke run back to the tent!* beez wax all over my wheel! I was in near tears till i looked down on they bobbin holders and saw "the penis" I laughed.. I had to take it with me to breakfast for everyone else to see. They loved it.

The wheel recovered. It was cold enough so i was able to chip/scrape it of with a metal spatula. But the penis bobbin has remained intact until this week when i decided i really needed my bobbin free.
