Yipe! I've had the water feed hoses on a washing maching burst before, and that was bad enough in a single-story ranch. Thank goodness the insurance company didn't give you a lot of guff about waiting for the claims inspector....

Yeah, I have to give my agent props. His office is great and they were very much "these are our prefered cleaners, they'll bill us directly. Get one out ASAP and we'll see if we can't get your life back to normal." Apparently that's company wide, since my dad got the same response when he pasted a deer with his brand new truck a couple of years ago.
