The big V

Well it was done yesterday and wasn't as bad as I had expected. A couple of hours after the procedure, it felt like someone was thumping my nuts every 5 to 10 minutes. This morning though I was feeling good enough to take the girls to TKD.

Now I'm sitting in a chair with some nice frozen mixed veggies in my lap.

Even though you may feel like you can move around. The more you sit on your ass for the first day the better. You will recover faster if you just sit around.

Sleeping for me was difficult the first night. I just slept in my recliner.

That sounds identical to my experience, except for the part about getting up to do anything the next morning.
