man it sucks coming back to work after not being here for almost 3 weeks.

I didn't pass the CCIE last week, but did gain some valuable knowledge for the next attempt. I was surprised at work yesterday with a title promotion and the even better money promotion. That makes my failure from last week a little easier to tolerate.

I think that a guy in the stall next to me stood up to wipe his butt after pinching a loaf. That's something that I have never seen before.

Back in San Jose for another training before the CCIE lab next month. This time I drove out to the coast and had dinner at an English pub I found online just outside of Half Moon Bay, CA.
