The last storm was on the 14th, we did have our power out for 32 hours and it did get down to 54 F in the house. We do have a gas stove so were able to heat water for tea and coffee. No doubt the occasional 24 hours without tv or the internet is good for something, I did get some tidying done without distraction. But on the whole I like to be my

Apparently everyone knew about the storms out there except me, until Mike announced the other night that you had been without power for 32 hours! I hope it quiets down soon.

Yikes!! I wondered how you were doing. I'm glad you got your power back now and thank goodness for your gas stove. Hopefully BC will not have to endure any more bad weather this season. Do you know what the forecast is calling for?
