Hey there,

9 weeks is a long time to be waiting for a decision to come through for a decision from Centrelink. Has your friend seen a JCA (Job Capacity Assessor) yet?
If not, I would suggest your friend contact their local Federal MP to see if they can push things on a little bit more.
