The cigarette on your hand trembled a bit along with your fingers. I had to smile a bit. If you turn your head and see me now, you would get pissed and asked what’s so funny. You always get annoyed easily when you’re nervous.

GOD I LOVE THIS! There is SO MUCH Toshiya in here and SO MUCH love from Kaoru for him that it makes me sigh with contentment. I love how you chose this right moment before the Osaka Jo Hall performance. Reading fics about Kaoru and Toshiya fucking their brains out are love (LOL), but fics about THE HUMANS Kaoru and Toshiya and their own natural fears that have NOTHING to do with how much they blow each other off or not, is just LOVELY. I love these kind of snippets where nothing really happens specifically BUT SO MUCH behind it. The little descriptions about how Toshiya's body languages give him out and Kaoru is concerned enough to see all these little details makes me heart start fluttering :)

Your comments never ceases to amaze me. The length competes with the drabble itself that I wonder where did you get the material to comment in such a short fic XD Not that it's a bad thing, not at all, because then I wouldn't have this silly grin on my face :DDD

because although Toshiya is a man and he also has his dose of pride, when the human in him is scared, all his guards are crumbled down.

I agree so much. Back then and now, Toshiya is still the same in my eyes. He puts up the image of toughness and confidence, but he's a human after all. And who else to turn to but Kaoru, The man who had always been there for him since the very beginning.

KxT to me too means many possibilities. I have mentioned before in the post by rheakurokawa that one of the reasons I love KxT so much is because we can do anything with them. They're real people, therefore no real characterization or 'plot'. Freedom of imagination makes us happy :D
