That's very touching. I can see these being Heather's thoughts.

I don't think I've ever read that fairy tale though... is it real?

Thank you. The way she spends the rest of game after the apartment with Harry's blood smeared down her front has always stuck out to me, since if I were in her shoes I don't think I'd be able to stand it but she could have easily gone into her room to change and chose to keep wearing her dad's blood instead. Though admittedly with everything that was going on she might just not have noticed it.

Yup, it's quickly skimming over the set-up for The Goose Girl, which is one of the lesser-know Grimm fairy tales but has always been one of my favorites.

Thank you for the link! I do remember The Goose Girl but not the set-up. Possibly I read a censored version.
