SPOILERS FOR THE FINALE, OBVIOUSLY!

Tarrlok and Noatak do start over again, but live a quiet life together somewhere. Their brotherly bond transforms into something a lot less platonic. Basically I just want Noatak making tender love to his little brother.

Interesting prompt. I actually wondered the same thing about Tarrlok as well. If Tarrlok hadn't left with Noatak at the end and remained in the cell, should Korra NOT return his bending since his bloodbending is a threat? Or is it her moral obligation to return Tarrlok's bending because it's the right thing to do?

Zolt rose, feeling the power restored through the paths of his Chi.

Korra had brooded on this ever since the brief call to Air Temple Island. She pumped enough information from Mako and Bolin to know that more than one people had died and many more had suffered at the power she had been asked to restore. Still, if she would let Amon's will stand on a murderous crimelord why not his hired thugs? Why not a petty thief? Why not a corrupt athlete? Why not anyone who might hurt anyone?

The flames illuminated the alley in the warehouse district, and the triumph on his face as he raised him arms made it very clear that there was no humbling or contemplation of reform.

So she did not even flinch when the cables came out of the shadows.

"We had a deal!" he cried as the police bound him.

"I promised to give your bending back, what's the problem?"

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Noatak is actually captured and Avatar Korra takes away HIS bending, but for real this time. While he remains chained and helpless in prison he's visited by the guards whose bending he blocked previously and they have a little (a lot? XD) of fun with him.

Alternately, it could be his Lieutenant that visits him and wants payback.

Basically, just have one (or more than one) of the people Noatak cheated and lied and exploited come after his helpless self in prison and brutally rape him.

*cough* I know, I'm awful.

Before Tarrlok blows them sky high, Amon turns the boat around to retrieve his poor unconscious Lieutenant. IDK how he sneaks back to get him, but I want a rescue! ...A rescue that's sort of a kidnapping.

Bonus points for Amon taking care of him, but the Lieutenant wakes up super mad and raring to fight.

Noatok knows that Tarrlok is about to kill them both. He'd just rather have a minute where he can pretend they're going to make it before he dies.

I think the way he's glancing back and a tear falls from his eye, he legitimately knows what Tarrlok is doing. I think this is actually canon, so I want to see this- badly.

Me too. Since he's a bloodbender, maybe he could "feel" what Tarrlok was doing?

Not really a fill, but this exemplifies just what you're going for IMO. And it's tragic as fuck!
