Hahaha, yes.

I do so hate stories that completely neglect a character's ties with other important characters in order to get some snuggle time in with their chosen pairing. I could see Genis and Lloyd hovering worriedly at Raine's bedside, and then respectfully (read: after much protest and argument) bowing out for a while at Kratos' request, but that? That's just shameful.
