Finally, as promised, magazine scans!

The magazines were newspaper-sized, which is significantly larger than my scanner can fit at once, but I tried to get the best parts of the full-page pictures. Some of them are also slightly askew. Sorry.

( Here are scans of Nick in NME 1984, 1988, and 1986 and Blixa in Sounds 1987: )

This made me smile. :) I don't know why. I just enjoy romanticized, poetic, novelesque delusions about the musicians I like.

Yeah, I enjoyed reading that line as well. I imagine them cuddling like in those pictures of all of the Bad Seeds piling on that hotel bed.

I also especially like the paragraph about Blixa not being able to "play the guitar in the conventional form at all" because you can just feel the immense respect and fondness Nick has for him in that quote despite it not being typically complimentary.

L? I feel like this is something I should probably understand, but I don't. I actually think he kind of looks like Gollum in the first picture, to be honest. ...A beautiful, sexy Gollum. Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed them!

Actually, I have a new theory. Since Rem would die immediately after writing Watari's name, L would still be alive. He faked his death, stole Mello's clothes, changed his name, and moved to Germany.

He also died his hair.

Oh, I've never seen Death Note, but I can see a bit of resemblance, yeah! Blixa does tend to look like an anime character at times.
