I love this so much. I love Gideon and I love that you give him love and respect as a character. Even though this story is sad it still makes me very happy. Thank you.

This was so powerful...you actually made me like Gideon, which is no mean feat lol. I mean he's good and very intense and MP did this role brilliantly, but something about him irked me and you touched on it in a very subtle but thought provoking way. I think Gideon is self-aware and always has been, at least from what I remember on the show, and he undoubtedly made mistakes but that's what was great about him. There are still individual moments I can't forgive him for but he's great and you picked out the scenes that I liked best in canon. Great Job...AGAIN :).

Wow! Thank you so much! This was my first time writing all three of those characters. (Seaver, Elle and Gideon) so I'm glad to hear they all came across well - even Gideon, LOL. Honestly, I love MP, but I, too, have never grabbed onto Gideon's character. But I thought it'd be a nice challenge to find what was human about each of them and write about it. Again, thanks so much! I really love hearing your thoughts.
