Pardon me, but I'm a little new on this site and I don't want to screw up right out of the gate.

How do you sign up to help someone finish his/her fic? I've seen where there are spots to sign up to finish my own fic, where do I sign up to help soeone else. I'm all turned around with this.

Any help would be appreciated.
