The last few days have been a nightmare. On Thursday, for reason I can’t recall now, I decided it would be a good idea to make a new partition on my hard disk. About 60 percent into the process, there was some type of file error and it failed. When windows tried to boot up, it would get as far as the logo screen, and my system would reboot over
