ever since my most recent viewing of dhII, i've had this idea for a fic that is just absolutely nagging at me. it pops in my head at the most random of times, like when i'm cooking bacon or driving to the supermarket or shampooing my eyebrows. it sucks because it seems like a story that i would like to write, and would enjoy writing, but it also

I break each scene down into a one-shot. Then, I don't go "OMG I NEEd TO WRITE 10K" but, instead, concentrate on "i need to write 2k". It seems to help me with not being overwhelmed and getting stuck.

I also write whatever part of the fic I feel like. If I'm stuck on how they meet, I write a later scene and that might tell me how they meet.

i do so wish i could just keep you in my pocket like a tiny, wise little buddha for occasions such as these. that actually is an awesome idea about writing a later scene since i have one in mind but can't for the life of me figure out how to incorporate anything into anything. i fail. but you're awesome. bears are catholic, pope shits in woods, etc.
