Use It Or Lose It
I've never really been one to post often. I suppose I use LJ as a sort of storage space for all the brilliance and oddity (See my Friends Page) I've come across here. But now that I've got some time on my hands, and no real excuse not to, I feel compelled to muck about in my own little corner a bit. Hopefully those that have already linked

Orphan Black almost lost me in the first couple of episodes, ex-boyfriend was too annoying, gay best friend was MIND-BOGGLINGLY over the top... but when the story really started kicking in, it overcame those issues handily. I'm very much interested in where this little show is taking us.
Defiance... ugh. I honestly hate the main character, the Han-Solo wannabe guy. Everyone else is fine, but he's awful. Still, I hear it gets better, so I'll push through a few more episodes at some point and see if it improves (only on ep 3 at the moment).
