I was talking to Kendall this weekend about all of the movements that we discussed in my Postmodern American fiction class, and I was talking about how cool it is that the Beat writers had a little bit in common among their work, but that their main connection to one another as a movement was that they were friends. Dude, you have no idea how many times I've been thinking about music and I've actually started to think in terms of there having been a "New Albany (not Louisville) music scene." You know: AFE, Yeshua East, PFP, VOC, Eric Condon solo, The Brisk, Modern Silence, Okay, Transgression, Trisha Wells, etc.

Dude, I'm all about what you're talking about.
