I find this kind of odd, though I am in no way ashamed of it:
I just finished one of the most emotionally compelling books I've read in a long time: Washington, the Indispensable Man by James Thomas Flexner. If you haven't guessed or haven't heard me talking about it, it is about George Washington, our first president

it's sad to see how far our country has fallen down the drain since its beginnings. george washington and thomas jefferson and all the rest would be sickened at how our country looks now, i'm sure.
