It just seemed so believable: Peter doesn't sit up and take notice because the medical monitors are going off, or because Neal makes a noise... but because of his Inner Neal-Monitor going "BEEP-BEEP!"...

Awsome story. I loved the switches from crazy dream-like conversations to the real world. I particularly liked the transition from neal in shock to him realizing that oh-shit this hurts.
