This was really, really, way too fun to write. I'm glad it showed. ...but I'm not going to kill you. I rather like you, actually. :|

I don't plan on it! Unless some unforeseen trouble happens. I am just sad when I can't write.

I'm really irked with Lucifer, pointlessly, and very sorry for Dean, that he can't remember the good in humanity. As for Luci -- how long until the last red hybrid tea rose succumbs to black spot, you stupid ass? Apparently you don't even know your roses were bred by humans. Who's going to sing the next ballad, or twirl the next fullerene, or make children and adults both laugh with a joke that works on two levels? The beauty of Earth is a collaboration. Badly botched by us in parts, sure, but the work of G-d's subcreators in others. What Heaven and Earth have made, let no one put asunder. He has no right.

It takes good writing to make me that angry at a fictional character!

This is all perfectly fair. There are so many things that Lucifer is blind to, of course, and now that Dean is. (I mean, as someone who writes a fair amount, I fully believe in the beauty of human creation.)

...hell, I wrote it. So you know. I have all of the feelings about Lucifer and most of them are horrifyingly positive, which is kind of a problem. Sort of.

I feel maybe a little sorry for Dean, but not that much, because yeah, grudge. Although this is not exactly 5.04 verse Dean - this one I think comes a bit later in the season. Like, possibly around 5.10. (And no, you're not wrong. Lucifer's made a very deliberate choice here. I mean, partly it's about respecting Sam's wishes, sure, but he could totally make it easier or better, but that's not what it's about. He is punishing Dean, oh yes ( ... )
