That's splendid. What Sam could have made of himself if there didn't need to be two years of Show, if Dean hadn't collected him, if Azazel hadn't waited for Dean. Deeply troubling but also triumphant. A real pleasure to read.

lskjdf thank you so much. I wasn't terribly sure about this one - still am not, really - that it was doing everything I wanted it to do for your glorious, glorious prompt, so I'm glad it worked for you! This was a lot of fun (if a pain in the ass augh) to play with, and see where it went.
