Hello! My name is Samantha and Im 19, 20 this December. Wanted to write just to say hi and I was very pleased to find a group like this. Im a beginning fiddle player and am very excited coming from a family of musicians to learn quickly and get into the swing of things!!

I'm always glad to see other "late starters."
I just turned 26 and have only been playing for a year. It can be tough at times when practically every fiddler I know / know of has been playing since birth.

Im glad Im not the only one too!! I ran into a guy whos giving lessons here locally and hes also shocked to find the late bloomers. I guess it helps that Ive been singing since I could talk.
