I'm coming up on living gluten-free (other than 6 weeks when I had to resume eating gluten in preparation for an endoscopy) for 1.5 years in a little bit (specifically, I officially went off gluten at the end of January, 2010).

*shakes head* I need a new brain, I read 'Celiac' as 'Celtic', and I was wondering why we needed a month of awareness for Celts...

That's called March, hon...at least for the Irish branded Celts.

Kind of related to this--can one safely cook a gluten-free meal in a reasonably clean but not gluten-free kitchen? (ie, clean counter, but flour canister sitting there; utensils/pots are washed, but have been used to make cookies, noodles, etc)
