Run, run, run

Brenda, Mustang Sally's acoustic player, likes to run. It seems that in nearly every town we visit, she has already researched the local running trails, and sometimes finds 5km races to run. I used to run. My one race sounds much like yours, without the cranky knee. It was fun, though... :)

Hey- do you know about the Five Tibetan Rites? They make a huge difference to me, though I have to be really careful with them otherwise my back gets really pissy. Here's a link:

They're deceptively simple and even my wussy six repetitions makes my stomach flatter, my back straighter, my shoulders relax and gives me a ton more energy than I otherwise have. You can even do them (except the spinning part) without getting out of bed! Now that's an exercise regimen I can get behind.
