The thing is, if life doesn't also give you water, sugar, ice, a knife, a pitcher, a spoon and a glass you're somewhat out of luck unless you're very good at improvising.

Have you read any Eckert Tolle? I highly recommend checking him out. It will give you a whole new perspective on those moments of... crazy... that happen sometimes.
