Eh, I got several years of pretty good service out of it. And it's not exactly beyond salvage even now...I'll bet it wouldn't be more than a few hundred bucks to fix it up; the only thing keeping it from being drivable is a gas leak. I'm just not sure I want the expense and bother of maintaining a car at *all* right now, you know?

I have the same excuse about my apt... it should be scrapped and salvaged but I live here becau8se it's walking distance to work. Fortuneatley my car works although the brakes are sounding a bit whiney lately. Very squeeky... may need some shoes or something.

Will have to worry about stuff after my trip... too much to do today. :P

I hope you can get you a decent car soon. They are useful though money pits.
