The mockingbirds have returned, always a lovely sign of spring. However, imagine my surprise this morning when I discovered that the mockingbird that has taken up residence in the tree outside my window has learned to imitate my alarm clock. Sigh. I guess it could be worse. Last year, it was cell phones.

My father's cockatiel immitates his alarm clock. Its very funny. But not as annoying as it being the one right outside your window, I imagine.
