Charlie’s Hair as an Allegory for Everything Revolution is Getting Wrong

First, let me be clear and call out all of the Charlie haters out there. This is not a laundry list of reasons why Charlie is “the worst thing about Revolution” or “why Revolution sucks” because she is not the reason for the show’s problematic story execution and she is arguably the character with the strongest potential to really improve

There must always be more posts about hair! I haven't seen Revolution, but I 1000000% agree that way-too-pretty aesthetics are super jarring when you're meant to believe someone is living rough. Leading Man Whitey McStubbly's perfectly gelled hair annoyed in me Defiance (I can't remember his name but he is definitely your typical Whitey McStubbly hero, as Rhianna Pratchett calls 'em).

Aww but you're dissing a fellow Aussie on Defiance (even though I completely agree.) Lol, actually the thing that freaks me out about Nolan are his eyes. I keep thinking he's not supposed to be entirely human but then everyone acts like they're completely normal and I begin to think I'm the crazy one. Which is probably the case.

As for Revolution, at the moment, there is zero reason for me to recommend this show to you to watch. It really fell apart at the end and they even started making LizMitch's hair all purdy like Charlie and Nora's which WAS THE WORST and made me even more annoyed than previously stated. I can't believe it's been months since I've been on livejournal. I've missed it.
