A Reason to Hate Bell?

From this point until I can get to a Bell store.... Bell can kiss my ass. They're changing the sympatico email around and I can't get onto my internet account. I have no fucking clue how to get in. I activated the new set of lists and when I tried to get to my account, it sent me to the MSN portion. My sympatico account was not valid and my hotmail

why do you have to go to a store to ask? why not just phone them and have them walk you through it on the phone?

Because everytime I try to get any help over the phone, it sucks. But, yeah, I can do that first.
