I totaled Kelly's car on Saturday while helping him move from Seattle to Fort Collins. We're both safe... I have bruises and a nose that bleeds on and off (I'll take a few hours off at the end of the day tomorrow if it doesn't stop) and I'm sore, and he has no visible evidence of injuries (though his muscles are sore, and I'm going to make him go ( Read more... )

I'm thankful that I am. I can take some bruises and cuts. It was only metal... that can be replaced.

1. Do not admit fault unless you absolutely have to.
2. See a doctor right now. It's unusual for a nose to keep bleeding like that. Seriously.

It scared the piss out of me... or would have, if I hadn't emptied my bladder in Evanston. >.>

Things're getting better, Kelly's feeling better and that's the important part. I can handle aches and pains so long as he's all right.

Brandon might be interested in selling his Jeep... I haven't talked to him about it, but he's been talking about trading it in or getting a different car in general. It's a Cherokee, I think... not too outdated. Anyway, if you want me to get more info, I can ask Brandon if he's even interested in selling. I'm sure it wouldn't be more than 3K.

I may have to drop below $2000 for it, looking at my funds and stuff :( Regardless, if he's interested, let me know. I know Kelly wasn't necessarily looking for a jeep, but he may take what he needs. I'll talk with him about it. I wish I could do more for him, considering I totaled a fairly well-running honda accord >.>
