Reservoir Dogs actor Chris Penn has died. The 40-year-old's body was discovered by the maid at his Santa Monica apartment yesterday morning. It is not yet clear how he passed away but police in Los Angeles are not treating the death as suspicious. Penn, the brother of Oscar-winning actor Sean, starred in over 50 movies including True Romance,
