hey. sorry I missed you the other day. I don't usually leave that one on, but I had been trying to catch my brother and totally spaced.

I'm glad your house is working out! Just think of the small space as a good excuse to buy an ultra flat wall mounted television and cute tiny sofas.

I bet hanging the guitars isn't any harder than doing a heavyish shelf.
