It's been Christmas in July
...a lot this week. Yesterday all I had clean were candycane socks, today someone abandoned a pair of running shoes in a pile of ornaments by my bus stop, and there have been other Christmas-ey things happening or being said in passing. It's passing strange, is what it is.

Cutting down, not in.
I began beating a smokey retreat last week. It is rather difficult because I've gotten addicted to the cancer sticks as a form of destressing/relaxation (I don't smoke enough to have nicotine withdrawl). ...because grammar nazis are a tad annoying. But since I've been getting way too many "high priority" e-mails with red exclamation marks about weensy small-bit stuff, no more! Overly abundent exclamation mark use is second only to typing in capslock as far as annoying-the-crap-out-of-Deb-with-words goes.
