Padma had done her best to get the majority of her papers confined to the desk, but other than that, she hadn't had too much to do in order to make her flat ready for guests. Or rather, one particular guest. Once everything was out of the way, Padma plucked one of the books off of the shelf closest to the door and settled herself down on the couch to wait. This way she could pretend not to be nervous. It wasn't like it would be the first time he'd been in her flat, after all.
