An owl with a mission

Place: From the Lovegood residence to The Leaky Cauldron

Norman the owl was making a very important delivery of fragile items to The Leaky Cauldron, and as he was a rather small owl and this was a rather heavy package, and he had instructions to deliver it directly to Seamus anyway, he was all too happy to hang around the pub for a while. But alas, that was besides the point - after all, he was just an owl. The package actually came from Luna Lovegood; very wide but not very tall and plainly wrapped. It was addressed, in Luna's loopy handwriting, to Mr. and Mrs. Seamus Finnigan. It was a bit early to be sending wedding gifts, but as Luna would not be attending the ceremony, she though the timing was perfectly appropriate.
Inside were five items. On top was the card with hearts and gold script on the outside, and a brief handwritten note inside:
*For the graphically impaired: I wish you both well. Luna Lovegood. P.S. I don't know who those people in the frame are. Feel free to toss that photo. (The bride was giving me odd looks earlier.)
Next were the gifts, all a mark of one of Luna's longstanding interests, and hopefully of use to the bride and groom. First, the previously mentioned frame, carefully wrapped so as to reach the couple unblemished and with glass in tact.
Under this were two books: a photo album and a matching guestbook for the wedding, should it fit the decorations.
And finally, a complimentary addition: a coupon from everyone's favorite portrait studio (or so the employees liked to think).
