How's the anti-virus/spyware on your PC? There are a lot of really good free programs out there that are really good at keeping it safe. For just spyware, do a search for Ad-aware. It's by a company called Lavasoft, and it's totally free. I have it here on both computers.

He's right about Ad-Aware. And for a virus program, I recommend Avast. It's free too!
