Zomg. I have a break. I have two hours between now and when I have to be in Angeletti's class. Thus, I am at Leela's with a huge, alcoholic lemonaid, jalapeno poppers, and the newest Animorph book.

Life is good.

Apparently the starting salary at the charter school where I substitute is 43,000 dollars. Holy crap. That's about 7,000-10,000 dollars more than the Public School's starting salary. o.O

Looks like I may be working here when I graduate... Fingers crossed! I'd get to teach writing, specifically! Eeeeeee!

Hurray today! I was asked out by someone who I might have been excited to go out with--if only I didn't have a boyfriend. =) Struck up a conversation with a gentleman who coordinates the English program, and he asked me out. That was flattering. Fortunately or not, I have a boyfriend whom I'm very pleased with, so I had to decline. Oh well! Much <3 ( Read more... )
