hmmm, I think the main point will be if there is an agreement that the domain will be held for x amount of days once an account is past due. Because if there is you'd have a shot. But, if not, then the company doesn't really have to accept payment. and yeah, why would they when they can make a lot more money elsewhere. Do you know the contract details?

Well I hope so. I know i have the heart that is pure, the drive for this and the hopes to see it through.

And this company we are up against has certainly been Evil's Bane!!!

I do have a small Egyptian dagger and Arwen's Sword (LOTR) though if those two help.
