They're so thoroughly modern...

1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? - I drove across the country with little money and crappy car, changed a tire, learned that I can’t always get my way, sold merch, got backstage at Warped Tour (no, wait, I did that in 2002, scratch that), let my guard down and bungee jumped.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? - I don’t really make resolutions anymore. I have bigger things to worry about. Haha.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? - I closed my hand in the door of my car on the first leg of the WWFT ’04. Hurt like a mother.
11. What was the best thing you bought? -Legwarmers, long johns, furry flipflops and cds.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? - Valerie, NYCT, Alanna, Joey, Ash, Rob S.V, Yuni and Evan.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? - Oy vey.
14. Where did most of your money go? - Same place it always goes…food, gas, clothes, shows.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? - Working at Razor and Tie, band showcases, CMJ Music Festival, aaaaaaaaand the MoMA reopening in Manhattan!

17. Compared to this time last year, are you: happier or sadder? - Um, happier that my family troubles are settling down for the better, sadder because some of my closest friends are leaving NYU for a while. I think I break about even.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery? - I didn’t discover anyone really great. It all seems to be going down hill. I really gave some bands a second listen and ended up adoring them. Case and point, My Chemical Romance. Amazing band. I introduced Xtina and Christie to Say Anything, which was cool. You should all listen to them. Fucking brilliant.
