hmm.. i don't drink much coffee as it is, but chamomile tea is a good idea

no you should cut caffeine whatsoever. smoking too. drink only herb teas

if you can't get a hold of any lorazepam, alcohol. it works, trust me. benzodiazepenes are essentially like taking a stiff drink anyway. xanax is hard to get prescribed, and when gotten a hold of illegally, expensive for only a couple tablets that won't last you for very long. they also aren't fast acting, better to get you to sleep and for the long term.

i'm sorry you have to go through them. i know how badly they feel, and the above has helped me manage with my own.

thanks.. i dislike prescribed medicine for all the side effects.. maybe as my last resort... so far I found that vitamins, B complex in particular and omega-3 (salmon oil) do a great job, but I don't know if that was just a placebo effect :)
