just wrote a check for $55 to the clerk of circuit court for not wearing my seatbelt.. fucking stupid.. not as bad as the $120 dollar check i had to write less than six months ago, for going NINE over the speed limit. illinois has the worst traffic laws ever. o well, at least i'm not in jail.
