I am hoping someone might be able to help me. I have talked it over with my doctors and they have decided that the best thing I can try now is to move to a warmer climate. I am currently on disability so i wonder if anyone knows - If there a government program that would assist me in finding a new home where it is warm since it is for medical

I wish I could help you. I too have more pain in the cold even getting food out of the freezer makes my hands hurt. I get intense headaches when the weather changes. I'M currently not on disability. I was denied but it's being reviewed.I have been unemployed for a year now.

I did a quick check. It looks like that sort of thing could be handled on a State level. If you know where you might want to move to, you might be able to contact the State Health and Human Services department there for more. I think.

Sorry I can't be on. I am working 12hr shifts and I just don't have enough time between getting home at 7pm and having to dose up and be asleep by 8pm. I will be back on Sunday, though. *hugs*
