working 8 hours mainly on ones feet is not the best feeling in the world, maybe i should invest in some better shoes, or learn to suck it up better, i don't know. but i had my first day of freight, w00t, and let me tell you this, it is much more fun than price changing for clearance! i'm not sure if i'm going to be working any more this week since

i love you so much heaths and i miss you!!! i'm happy you have a job! i had to do frieght when i worked at mervyns...it was lame but ok because we got to listen to better music and goof around. oh retail.

yeah i'm not the biggest fan for being at work 6 (soon to be 5) am, but not having to work with people who ask lame questions is awesome..though we had to listen to country yesterday, hopefully that'll change somewhat ;)

Freight is fun. I occasionally did that at Barnes and Noble. You got to wear jeans and listen to music and talk all night. -and- the best part of it all is that you don't have to deal with the customers! Hurrah!

Retail would be so much more enjoyable without customers, or maybe we should integrate some kind of customer screening process. The other day this lady wanted to find a biography of Jerry Garcia. And she was like "oh I don't know where to look if someone wrote a book about him or if he wrote one about himself... oh these things confuse me" and I was like "well either way, if someone wrote one about him or he wrote one about himself, they'd both be in Biography or in the Music section." Ugh...

wow she sounds like a real winner! it reminds me of the time one of my roommates was asked in wdw whether you would go upside down on the 'swiss family robinson treehouse' those were the days...i haven't had too many crazy people, except for people asking me questions and me not having any way to answer them so i just end up looking like the fool... the april fool in fact

hahaha! that was why i hated working at macy's! everyother day, never fail, some woman would come in and say she is looking for a "pair of black pants." because those are apparently so hard to find.
