I had a good weekend up north. Hanging out with Ryan and Melinda always calms my stresses and I love being up there. We played with the ducks, who are an endless source of entertainment. Okay, so I'm slow at this. I have your 1530.net account bookmarked but not the LJ link... so of course, it took me being snoopy and reading your sister's MySpace blog to finally see that you had written about all this.

I'm so sorry to hear about all that your mom is going through right now. Hopefully, they have caught things early enough that your mom will live for another 30 years to "bug the hell outta you all".

I'll be thinking about you and hope things turn out the way you want. I know we're not that close but if there's anything you need or just want to talk to a "stranger who lives a far ways away"... drop me a line or give me a call.
