I do not doubt Orihime's intentions, Ichigo. However, there are things that must be taken into account when examining the safety, and security, of the people in Soul Society who count on us for their protection. One of the things that we must examine is who she keeps company with and for better or for ill, she maintains company with not only Arrancar who clearly do not wish well to the inhabitants of Soul Society, but with Aizen Souskue as well.

It is not an easy line to walk, Ichigo. However, by not giving her information that could possibly harm all of us, we are keeping ourselves safe and we are keeping her safe.
