Forgive my manners. I'm Himawari Kunogi, fairly new around here.

Well, that might be a good thing more then a bad. It sounds like a lot of people are trying to cool off at the beach when the sun goes down. Hopefully everyone is well though.

Mm true but the pessimistic side of it could be people are too tired form the heat to ask for help. Though I prefer your view on this.
