hah as if we dressed up. So one day Kell and I were like hmm mortgages, I was like as if we qualify and Kell was as if not but we asked the bank lady and she said we would have no problem. So if your a first time homebuyer your downpayment is 5%. We looked into all the grants available in Winnipeg but found ourselves a few grand over the the qualifying income range. So we started looking and found a place. We were using a some of our savings and then using our line of credit to put down the downpayment but Kells mom and pops stepped in and paid our downpayment, which is like the nicest fucking thing ever. . It's rad cuz right now we pay 590 + utils for our house but with our mortgage + taxes + house insurance we will pay just under 500 and thats paying the house of in 20 years. That's the story

yeah i believe 'dressing up for a bank interveiw' didnt even include me showering after work. bank people love, and i mean love nurses. apparently we have a lot of potential to go in debt, thus owing them money until the end of time. because of their nurse fetish, getting a morgadge was really easy. plus housing is like, a quarter of the price of any major city so you dont have to owe them as much, so theyre more willing to give you loans. like its actually cheaper to buy a house here then rent, which is just so bizarre. you gotta come see the house tho kimmy!
