Hellooo there. :) I was messing around in photoshop a little while ago, and I came up with this easy icon. I, for one, am happy to say... YAY CURVES! Don't be hatin on my curves. You'll need photoshop CS, yeah.

Very nice tutorial.

I enjoy curves, but sometimes they're a pain in tutorials because each image is different and they're often hard to translate. It's not against the curves themselves, because it's a very handy tool, but against the use of them in tutorials. They can get confusing.

awesome. when you transformed the text, however, did it warp? i could sort of read what i'm working with before, but as soon as i alter the angle it becomes completely illegible.
