so i went to physiotherapy yesterday to try and fix my evil evil back. The guy didn't tell me much i didnt already know (That i have an overly curved spine, so theres more compression of my lower spine than is normal, and that if i dont lift with my knees all the time im going to keep hurting poor back). He did use this freaky vacuum/electric
